Physical Education

In Term One, junior school students will develop their fundamental movement skills and build on their resilience. Our motto is try our best and never give up. This will see massive improvement in fundamental movement skills such as jumping, hopping, skipping, balance etc. Later in the term, junior students will work on their throwing and catching skills through lots of fun games and circuits.

Senior students will be exposed to the importance of keeping their bodies healthy, and how this has a positive impact on their mental health. The senior students will participate in a number of fitness circuits that will target strength training as well as cardio fitness. In the second half of the this term, senior students will be exposed to skill building for invasion games. They will learn how they can apply these skills to sports such as basketball, football and soccer.
